As the VP of Digital Experiences, Sean is responsible for leading website personalization and chatbot strategy for MMGY clients including Destination DC, Fort Myers – Islands, Beaches and Neighborhoods, Costa Rica Tourism, Meritage Collection, Sensei Holdings and Tourism Ireland. Beginning his marketing career in copywriting, Sean later moved on to brand strategy and marketing automation. Always looking for what’s next in marketing technology, Sean strives to find better ways of integrating marketing efforts. With 12 years of marketing experience, his varied knowledge and expertise enable him to develop truly integrated marketing technology strategies across owned, earned and paid channels. He leads campaign landing page and microsite strategies while also overseeing website audits, UX reviews and user testing to determine the user friendliness of web pages and websites. Dedicated to helping consumers get the most out of their online interaction with clients, Sean defines personalization strategies and oversees program execution in order to help clients put their best digital foot forward.
