Since 2011, Natalia has been leading regional and international PR efforts for travel and tourism brands located around the world. Prior to joining MMGY in 2021, she worked with high-profile lifestyle brands and destinations, including bringing the destination Porto Montenegro to market. As Senior Vice President of PR and Strategic Clients, Natalia develops high-level strategic plans for MMGY’s largest PR clients, including the Bermuda Tourism Authority, Marriott International and Discover Puerto Rico. Her focus on “first, best, only” has ensured that she continues to push boundaries for her clients, earning accolades and awards including one gold and two silver HSMAI Adrian Awards.

Natalia’s extensive experience and contacts help her to land coverage in top-tier publications and prove instrumental in delivering exceptional results and capturing market share for clients. In addition to navigating her team and clients through the ups and downs of news cycles and reputational shifts, she ensures that all communication channels are aligned and acting as a single unit, guaranteeing brand unity and consistent consumer messaging to deliver improved brand awareness and increased visitation. Her efforts have secured notable strategic partnerships with brands like Peloton, NET-A-PORTER and the British Fashion Council.
