    The Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority needed a new website to tell the story of Papua New Guinea in order to inspire visitors to travel to their unique and remote destination. Since the website was eight years old, the existing website design and functionality had become outdated and uninspiring for visitors.


    To position Papua New Guinea as an exotic travel experience, we designed and developed a new search engine optimized website to inspire users and provide a technology platform to support the destinations growing needs. The new website incorporates a modern design aesthetic while staying true to the country and its rich cultural heritage. To further engage users, a chatbot was developed for the website to enable users to quickly gain access to content and ask questions about traveling to the destination.
