Search is an extremely competitive space for travel and specifically the hospitality industry. Warwick Hotels & Resorts engaged MMGY to increase visibility in six key markets as they compete against hundreds of other hotels for the attention of travelers.


We optimized Warwick Hotels & Resorts’ Google My Business profiles to include high-quality images, relevant business categories and more. Then, we began manually updating any citations of the hotels we could find to ensure that all of the business information available was consistent and correct. The citation building and Google My Business optimizations remain a constant, continued effort to improve positioning for the brand and its properties.

Shortly after beginning local search efforts, all six properties began to see increases in website sessions, online transactions and e-commerce revenue. Engagements with each property’s Google My Business listing, including phone calls and direction requests, also grew which drove more opportunities to convert travelers.
